In October 2009, Left Brain and I ventured to Ukraine to start our family. We adopted two precious little boys. We are currently wanting to expand our family by 2 more! We're looking into adoption again. Read along, see where our journeys take us.

Our lives have been a snooze fest lately

Not a lot has happened since my last post.

As a matter of fact, I can't think of anything specific.

I'm still thinking.........

There's really nothing new or interesting that has happened since Thanksgiving, but here goes. I feel like I should post something......so what you get are the random thoughts that pop into my brain.

Left Brain is sick....AGAIN! I thought kids were supposed to catch things more easily than adults. This is not so in our house. Left Brain is sick all of the time. He has some sort of stomach bug this time. And none of the rest of us have caught it....yet. Fingers crossed, we won't. Because he wasn't feeling well last night we missed a birthday party that we had been planning to attend. The boys were really disappointed that they didn't get to go. I just couldn't take them for fear that we were all going to get sick throughout the night. Plus, I knew we all had to be carrying those germs around and I didn't want to infect a bunch of other kids. Anyway, Happy late 8th Birthday Lane! We're sorry we missed it.

The boys are so excited to have a visit with Santa Claus. I would have already taken them, just one problem....I keep forgetting to grab my camera when we walk out the door to go to town. I refuse to take them to see Santa without snapping a few photos of the event. Horrible mother....I know.

Oh, I 'm getting my hair twisted tomorrow. I'm really excited about it. When I say twisted, I don't actually mean twisted. I mean I am getting it colored and high-lighted. I am particularly excited for this appointment because I have finally got up the nerve to dye it dark. I've been wanting to for some time now, and just now got up the courage.

Left Brain put the Christmas lights on the outside of the house. I LOVE the way the icicle lights look on our house. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Our lives have been very boring lately, as you can tell. I'll post again after I take the boys to see Ole' St. Nick. I'll be sure to put up some photos.

Until then, have a merry and a happy from the Cossey Crew.
