T-Ball tonight.....again! Except tonight Blue Eyes and I stayed at home! He was asleep when it was time to leave and I didn't want to wake him! He was fairly ill today!
I love that the boys are the age that they are...good thing, huh? Ha Ha! I am able to let them play outside when I am mowing the yard with limited supervision. I can be mowing the front yard with them playing in the back, and only catch glimpses of them every few minutes. They are totally GREAT kids. They are old enough to play together alone and be trusted to behave and follow the guidelines they are given. It's great! I don't know what I would do if I had to hire a babysitter to be able to mow the yard!
On a slightly duller note.....any advice out there for a new mother whose own mother is driving her bananas? Grandkids have to be the greatest thing in the world....but there can be too much of a good thing, right?!? Try explaining this to a new grandma! YIKES! I guess if the only thing I have to complain about is someone loving my kids...I need a real problem, right!?
Anyway, all in all...it was a good day! I stayed at home with the boys and we were outside all day today, soaking up the sunshine. PB&J for lunch, and a sprinkler hooked up to the water hose, how much better could life be for a toddler? These two can't come up with anything better! :)
