This morning was interesting to say the least. And so was last night. Bedtime was a bust. We had to separate them and put Blue Eyes with Left Brain and I so that they would stop playing. Needless to say...Blue Eyes has a stopped up nose and he snored like a grown man. This kept Left Brain and I from getting any sleep. Isn't parenthood grand?!? LOL! We had to get up early because anyone who's been around kids knows that they get up at the crack of dawn. We had breakfast...which went MUCH better than I expected. Oksana was a big help in finding out what they wanted to eat...and boy did they eat! That was good news. After breakfast was when the fun began! They were restless and because we have no toys yet...cartoons only went so far for two rambunctious boys. Left Brain took them outside for playtime while I am catching up on emails and the blog. It's only 9am and I feel like it is midnight! But it is all worth it because they are SO sweet. They love to give hugs and kisses. Who could possibly be mad at a child when he wakes you up in the middle of the night to give you kisses? Not me!
I'm sorry that the updates are getting shorter and less informative. I only do what I have time for. Chasing kids around isn't very blog friendly.
I hope I have time for more later. Oksana will be occupying the computer for a while to get our paperwork translated. We filled out the passport information yesterday and got their pictures taken. That's finally out of the way and we are just waiting on them. They told us that the passports will probably be ready on Wednesday....fingers crossed. Then it is off to Kiev for two days and back to America. Boy am I ready for that...to get a routine established and everyone a little bit calmer.
Well....GQ just came in because he's tired of playing outside...guess I'll occupy him for a while. Have a great day everyone....I'm looking forward to nap time!
