In October 2009, Left Brain and I ventured to Ukraine to start our family. We adopted two precious little boys. We are currently wanting to expand our family by 2 more! We're looking into adoption again. Read along, see where our journeys take us.

batter up

If there's anything you know about me, my late father, my bestie, and our collective four babies....it's that we LOVE LOVE LOVE baseball and anything related to it! So this bat was such an appropriate gift of condolence for a family to give to my family in the death of my father. "Squash the bug" was my dad's go to saying to get his players footwork right while batting.  So I REALLY love this bat!
However, it caught my attention at just the moment that "Forever Young" by Dylan came on my iPod. Tears a plenty! I sure miss him so!!
