I'm not sure if I've told y'all about Sadie's latest status. I LOATHE this dog! You should all know that I'm the biggest dog person there is, and my sweet Belle didn't do Sadie Jane any favors by being the perfect dog.
In her defense, Sadie Jane isn't a bad dog, she just isn't my kind of dog. I like an inside dog, a dog that will easily house train, not chew on things, and alert us when someone shows up at the house. Sadie is only one of these things....she barks her head off when someone pulls in the driveway.
She's totally an outside dog, and a fairly good one I guess. She doesn't bother much, and she NEVER has to be put away. She stays right around the house at all times, mostly on the porch. Her newest thing is to lay in the driveway where Left Brain usually parks, that way if she accidentally falls asleep on the job, he'll wake her up when he comes home....that way she doesn't miss a thing. Silly dog. I'm willing to give her away and Left Brain says he is too....but I think he kinda likes her now. Looks like she'll be around for a while.
