I've been neglecting the ol' bloggy blog lately, I realize. And I'm sorry.
The hubs and I are starting the process to add on to our little cracker-box of a house. We want more kiddos but we've nowhere to put them!
And Dan-Dan-The Safety Man is our chief inspector.
He and Left Brain poured over the plans to make sure we hadn't forgotten anything.
When we got all of that ironed out, we met with the bank, scheduled an appraisal, put our name on a list for a framer, and are currently keeping our fingers crossed.
The bank gave us the OK, we're just waiting on the appraisal so we don't spend over 85% of the value. Mr. Spann was just by here today taking measurements and photos, so it shouldn't be long now before we can start digging those footers!!!
