In October 2009, Left Brain and I ventured to Ukraine to start our family. We adopted two precious little boys. We are currently wanting to expand our family by 2 more! We're looking into adoption again. Read along, see where our journeys take us.

Thanksgiving with the Lambs

Thanksgiving was minimized this year in the since that we only had a few places to visit....each day!! It started on Wednesday night with a meal at my mom's house, then Thanksgiving Day lunch was at my paternal Grandmother's house. I decided to shoot Thanksgiving in black and white this year while at her house, and I ended up loving them!!

At Granny Norma's house there is always fun to be had! And this Thanksgiving, play-dough was in the mix. Granny's only request was that the cotton-headed ninny muggins not mix the colors together. And that was the first thing Blue Eyes did!
And Granny spent the next bit trying to pick all of the colors apart!

All of the cotton headed ninny muggins

Blue Eyes spent some quality time in Papa's lap because he kept mixing the play-dough and stomping it through the house...poor little guy.

My Bro Justin and his gal Jenna.

Then the photo albums started coming out.....it was fun to see photos of Granny when she was around the ages of my kids now. And even funnier was to look at young photos of her, then of my father, and of myself to see the crazy resemblances.

My Aunt and Uncle....and Granny too!

Then the boys turned to video games. They did really well taking turns playing Brooks' DS.
