So, today is my birthday! And I am not saying this to get tons of comments from y'all. I'm telling you this so that I can let you know that the hubs stepped up this year.
Here at the ole "Cossienda" (yes I know how silly it is to mix our last name and hacienda, but who cares!) we don't make a big deal out of birthdays. As in, Left Brain and I don't usually buy one another gifts. We are fortunate enough to get things we need or want throughout the year.
BUT this year, he got me a gift that I had forgotten I wanted. If that even makes sense.
AND I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!
Just in case you aren't sure what the item in the above picture is....it's an iHome!! It's one of those neat little contraptions on which you dock your iPhone. It does all kinds of cool stuff, the coolest of which is that fact that it MAJORLY amplifies the music....in other words, it's one huge speaker! It's also an alarm, clock, and phone charger!
So, thanks Left Brain! It was a swell present. Sometimes the simplest things make the best gifts!
