Grant's Farm

We spent Saturday afternoon at Grant's Farm. And I can say that I think I liked it more than the zoo. It was a ride-a-long type thing. They rode us around the grounds on a tram and told us all about the history of the farm and details about all of the animals we were seeing. I liked it especially because we were able to get really close to the animals and were able to ride for a while.





























































Then they dropped us off in the center of the farm and we were able to walk around and see different animals and shops. The kids were able to ride a carousel and feed baby goats. It was just a really neat place. Plus they gave away free samples of beer, if you're into that sorta thing it's a good deal.





























































It was also the home of the Budweiser Clydesdale Horses. I did take a few photos of the horses but somehow lost them....so you'll just have to use your imagination on that one.

After our visit to the farm we were ready to head home. We got home late Saturday night, and a nice hot shower had never felt so good!
