Yesterday afternoon I mentioned that we were heading to the Cards vs. Reds game. It was GQ's first look at how the "big boys" play baseball. And let me tell you, he learned more about the game by watching them play than anyone could ever teach him! He was correcting their techniques, telling them to hustle....it was hilarious. It also increased his love for the game dramatically. There's something magical about a major league ball park, and I'm a grown woman...I can't imagine how great it must feel to a kid!

Just plain magical.
The Cards didn't have the best game and GQ was seriously put out with their effort. This isn't boredom you're seeing on his face....it's sheer disappointment in his team.
