I thought this was a fitting photo given the circumstances outside.
Today isn't so bad outside. It's snowy, but the nice kind of snowy. The kind that sticks to everything but the roads and then just kinda blows around in the air a bit. It's perfectly lovely.
GQ still had school today, so it's just Blue Eyes and I here at home. We're planning on going outside in a bit, which inspired today's photo.
The boys received these boots as a Christmas present from my grandmother. To say that Blue Eyes LOVES his boots (the frog ones) is a mild understatement. The kid will barely take them off.....ever! He has actually asked (on multiple occasions) if he is allowed to sleep in them.
Crazy kid. Gotta love him.
And GQ thinks his boots are "Spiderman" boots just because they are blue and red. He's ecstatic.
Granny.....good work on gettin' those boots. They are a HUGE hit, both for the boys and Mama. They keep me from having wet gooey socks and pants to clean up.
I am enjoying your blog! My sons don't want to sleep in their boots, they want to sleep in their Halloween costumes. My younger one (who was a pirate this year) said it helped him "dream better". Huh. I myself don't usually have trouble dreaming (if I get any sleep at all). But maybe, just maybe, I should don a bikini so I can have some Hawaiian dreams? Do you think that could work?

Thanks MOV! I highly enjoy your blog and find myself often laughing out loud at your wittiness. Costumes in general are popular around here too. Mostly superheros, but I made them "Thing one" and "Thing two" costumes for Halloween and they still play with those.
