It's coming to a close....this holiday break thing. THANK GOODNESS! I mean, don't get me wrong, I love my little family. But they are driving me CRAZY! Those of you that know me understand, clearly, I need no help.
Monday will be the day that both boys go back to school, Left Brain returns to work after a two week hiatus, and Mama is going to sit all day in her pjs. Not really, I've actually tons to do. But it's the thought that counts.
So, yesterday was too much fun. We went to dinner and to see "little fockers" with my bestie and her hubbs. Then, they came back to our house for a game of cards and ringing in the New Year. It was a blast. Nice and relaxing grown-up time. Much needed.
Today has been a lazy day for me. I got the house clean, laundry done, all that junk yesterday, so today........nothing to do. It's fantastic!
Tonight our little family is dining with my in-laws (Left Brain's parents, Left Brain's sister and her little family). We're all dining at a local restaurant, Patti's. It's both tasty and delicious. We love it!
Anyway, I must quit rambling and get in the shower. It takes a long time to make me look half way decent.......better get started.
