Anywho.....
Sorry I haven't posted all weekend. My lil man, Blue Eyes, has the flu, type a. Poor little fella has been SO very sick. He's had a fever of 103 since Saturday. I've been doing everything you can do for a fever and haven't been able to get it to com down much. I think it finally broke this morning. He's not had a fever since about 8am, and no meds either. Fingers crossed, maybe the worst is over. He's acting like he feels better at least.
Now I just have to keep the rest of us from getting it. I took BE to the doctor this morning and she was nice enough to call in enough tamaflu for the whole family. I'm giving it to GQ as a prophylaxis, but I think I'll wait to take it if I start experiencing symptoms. I've never had the flu before, so apparently my immune system does a fine job. We shall see.
My day today has been spent wiping down toys with clorox wipes, washing sheets, and spraying lysol everywhere. I hope this crap goes NO further than Blue Eyes. Again, fingers crossed.
And before you ask......no, we didn't do the flu shot thing. I never have, don't believe in it. I may change my tune if I catch this from him.
