In October 2009, Left Brain and I ventured to Ukraine to start our family. We adopted two precious little boys. We are currently wanting to expand our family by 2 more! We're looking into adoption again. Read along, see where our journeys take us.

Sorry it's been so long....

Well, we've finally made it to the end of August. Our acceptance date was yesterday! Wow! We are now waiting to get word on a travel date! It's getting close. I have been in contact with the ladies at our "agency" and they have said we should hear something in the next few days. Kathy (at the "agency") is the one that is in contact with Ukraine. Her mother passed away Saturday night and she has been dealing with that. The visitation is today and the funeral tomorrow so everyone please keep her in your prayers. She has been busy with that, so we have yet to hear from her. Understandably so, but as you can understand we are still so anxious to hear something. We should know our travel date in the next few days. We are keeping our fingers crossed anyway. I will update again when I know more.

    She will call...maybe...Monday or Tuesday? But when she does you will have to send an e-mail to everyone in your address book. I will be praying for Kathy, she is having an awful week my heart breaks for her. Keep your cell phone with you and charged at all times, that is a call you do not want to miss!!
